Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is a dynamic, results-driven professional responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new client opportunities. Based primarily in the field, this role involves a significant amount of travel, requiring excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently. The Field Sales Executive should have a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, stay informed about market trends, and effectively tailor sales strategies to meet customer needs. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new leads in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Gather and report on market and competitive intelligence for strategic planning.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote company offerings.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes and products.
  • Attend training meetings and workshops to enhance product and market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales or direct sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently in the field.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling rejection professionally.
