Job Description

The Field Sales Executive position is a key role within our dynamic sales team, focused on maximizing the sales of our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through field visits and customer interactions. You will be the face of our company in the field, representing our brand, communicating the benefits of our offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive field sales goals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand upcoming promotions.
  • Provide ongoing customer support to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with professionalism and expertise.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within designated territory and timelines.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and outcomes for review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar sales role required.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer needs assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness for regular travel.
