Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests promptly with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist with the preparation and setting up of dining areas before and after meals.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints to their satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and any changes to ensure accurate service.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change to guests.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service standards.

Requirements
