Job Description

As an Executive - Client Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to each client's specific situation. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems swiftly, and maintain a proactive approach will be essential in nurturing strong client relationships and securing long-term partnerships. You'll act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. By leveraging your deep understanding of our services and product offerings, you will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client-specific solutions.
  • Monitor service delivery and client satisfaction, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client account activities and performance.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in services.
  • Develop strategies to improve client experiences and enhance service offerings.
  • Resolve client complaints and ensure issues are corrected to client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and expectations.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to propose improvements in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from prospects to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in client services or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
