Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in Interior Fit-Out or related industries is required.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional numerical skills and proficiency in cost estimation techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in using specialized estimation software such as Bluebeam or similar applications.
