The ERP & PMS Operations Specialist is a pivotal role, responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and property management system (PMS) solutions within an organization. This role involves ensuring that ERP and PMS systems are aligned with business objectives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to ensure optimal system utilization. A strong understanding of ERP and PMS technologies is vital, along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication capabilities to support various stakeholders and maximize the benefits from the integrated ERP and PMS platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of ERP and PMS systems across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and implement system enhancements.
  • Analyze system performance and generate reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide end-user support for ERP and PMS applications.
  • Facilitate user training sessions to enhance system proficiency and usability.
  • Coordinate with software vendors for upgrades and patches to improve system performance.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
  • Monitor and manage system access controls and security features to protect data.
  • Support the implementation of new modules and system functionalities as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to integrate ERP and PMS systems with other enterprise platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ERP and PMS operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing ERP or PMS systems in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and PMS software applications and their operational processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
  • Proficient in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with database management, SQL querying, and system integration techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to deliver results consistently.
