Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor 16M26

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring that all E&I activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within the company's quality standards. This role involves supervising a team of skilled technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and instrumentation across various projects. The E&I Supervisor will also play a key role in coordinating with other departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the E&I team to ensure high productivity levels.
• Review electrical and instrumentation schematics and blueprints for accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule E&I tasks and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve E&I issues promptly.
• Manage E&I project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain a robust preventive maintenance program for all systems.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of all E&I work activities and completed tasks.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their technical skills.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and equipment in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of five years experience in electrical and instrumentation roles.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising electrical and instrumentation teams.
• Strong understanding of E&I systems, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Proficient in using E&I related software and project management tools.
