Job Description

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be the maestro orchestrating the retail e-commerce operations within our dynamic organization. Your primary aim is to oversee the online sales and develop online marketing strategies to boost digital visibility and profitability. You will work closely with digital marketers, web developers, and product managers to ensure seamless functioning and top-notch customer experience on our platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost online presence and sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute engaging digital campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and customer behavior data.
  • Manage the e-commerce website, ensuring usability, sales funnel optimization, and design.
  • Oversee product listings and ensure correct pricing, images, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline online order fulfilment processes.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain competitive pricing and offers.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and ranking.
  • Negotiate contracts with third-party suppliers and service providers for discounts.
  • Manage customer feedback and concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Requirements
