Job Description

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and ensuring that our e-commerce platforms are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online stores, coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, and analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions. You will also work to enhance the customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely updating of product information and handling customer inquiries or issues. Your role will be critical in helping us achieve our sales targets while maintaining a strong brand presence online.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of our e-commerce website and online sales channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute and analyze promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure that product information is accurate and updated regularly on all platforms.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues related to online sales.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings for SEO and customer engagement.
  • Implement and monitor digital marketing strategies to maximize reach and sales.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment.
  • Develop and add engaging content to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay abreast of market trends and innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce policies and best practices to protect consumer data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques and optimizing online sales channels.
