As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, attract potential clients, and convert online interactions into tangible business outcomes.   • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on performance and audience engagement levels.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to produce engaging and innovative content for digital campaigns.
  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns to increase client retention and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to build and refine the online presence and digital strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor marketing strategies and tactics to inform future campaigns.
  • Manage budgets for digital marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective and impactful spending.
  • Conduct A/B testing to drive engagement and conversion metrics on marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in digital marketing or a related area.
  • Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to create adaptive, innovative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
