Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral role within our marketing team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This highly skilled professional will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company website, and generating leads. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The position is best suited for a creative and resourceful individual with a detail-oriented approach, who also possesses analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of digital campaigns.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain the company's social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide data-driven insights.
  • Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, and new products.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communication materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software tools and a strong familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team environment.
