Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide general product and service information to customers.
  • Keep up to date with company products, services, and policies.
  • Process orders, forms, and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.
  • Analyze customer feedback and report findings to management.
  • Contribute to the development of informational content and FAQs for customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Multilingual skills are considered an asset and are highly desirable.
