We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using various communication tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs efficiently.
  • Assist in training newly hired customer service representatives as required.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for enhanced customer management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Empathetic and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
