Responsibilities

  • Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are impeccably clean and sanitized.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and report supplies that need restocking or replenishing.
  • Adhere to the recipes and presentation standards for consistency in dining experiences.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and food safety practices at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place before service periods.
  • Support the team during peak service hours by multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Receive and properly store deliveries, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Assist in the training of new kitchen staff members on proper procedures and standards.
  • Participate in kitchen inventory checks and audits to maintain accurate stock records.

Requirements
