Job Description

As a Client Servicing Associate, you're the backbone of our client interaction and relationship management. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate efforts across various departments to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Regularly update clients about the company's products, services, and new offerings.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings to discuss ongoing projects and updates.
  • Handle client inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Identify potential issues or risks and propose effective solutions proactively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Track and report on client activity, providing detailed monthly reports to management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with client expectations.
  • Ensure all client complaints are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations on performance and proposed strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience of at least two years in a client servicing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
