Job Description

As a Chat Support Executive, you will be the front line of communication for our company, providing exceptional service and swift resolutions to our valued customers. You will engage with clients through our online chat platform, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless customer experience. This role demands strong literacy and typing skills, empathy, and an incredible ability to multitask. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat platforms within specified time frames.
  • Identify customer issues and provide professional, courteous resolutions effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to escalate issues that require further assistance.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments for future reference.
  • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for high customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with multiple customers at once, managing several chat conversations efficiently.
  • Update customer information and ensure complete and accurate data entry in the system.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools.
  • Monitor performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed daily KPI targets.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge to handle customer questions effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven customer support experience, ideally in a chat support role previously.
  • Strong written communication skills with exceptional grammar and typing speed.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in work situations.
  • Competency in using computer systems, web-based software, and related technology.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a positive attitude and high resilience under pressure.
