Job Description

The role of a Business Development Manager is crucial for the growth and expansion of a company's clientele and market presence. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve desired targets.
  • Work closely with the product development team to align offerings with market demands.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business development activities for senior management review.
  • Identify and resolve challenges that could hinder business growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
