We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients. Your role is pivotal in driving our company’s growth by developing strategic partnerships and expanding our client base. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our clients' needs are met through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing profitable business growth strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase sales and company revenues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster sustained business growth.
  • Create strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to convert high-potential leads.
  • Participate in networking activities to expand the company’s footprint and influence.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators regularly.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and project timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding market engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with diverse client bases.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and anticipate client needs.
  • Ability to work independently, develop initiatives, and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
