Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple project phases and teams.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards and protocols for all project deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders and disciplines.
• Conduct quality control checks on models to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop BIM execution plans and strategies tailored to project requirements.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM processes and tools.
• Resolve issues related to clash detection and design coordination effectively.
• Collaborate with IT departments to ensure the implementation of BIM workflows.
• Develop and maintain digital content libraries for shared project files.
• Manage/support the viewing, reviewing, and annotating of BIM models.
• Prepare and present BIM data and reports for project meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or management roles.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.
• Experience in project management methodologies and collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
