The Assistant Manager – Human Resources plays a crucial role in supporting the senior management to design and implement HR strategies that are in line with the organizational goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations affecting employment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
