Job Description

An Assembly & Test Technician is a vital part of the manufacturing and engineering team, ensuring the seamless assembly and testing of products to meet design specifications and industry standards. The role primarily involves working on complex assemblies and conducting a variety of tests to verify the performance and quality of manufactured units. Technicians are expected to have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with various hand and power tools. Responsibilities

  • Support inventory management by tracking parts and materials usage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in assembly and test operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to use various hand and power tools proficiently and safely.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the engineering team.
