Job Description

The Area Sales Executive, designated as 14A26, plays a critical role in driving the sales performance in a designated geographical area. This dynamic position involves developing sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the presence of the company’s products in the market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the designated area.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to increase loyalty.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Organize sales training or workshops to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers managing to their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Travel to meet customers and attend industry events to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market research.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area to meet clients regularly.
