Job Description

An Architectural Inspector is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects with architectural plans and regulations. They conduct site inspections to verify that construction work aligns with approved blueprints, building codes, and safety standards. An eye for detail and thorough knowledge of construction processes and materials are crucial for this role. The Architectural Inspector works closely with construction managers, architects, and contractors to ensure all aspects of a project are executed properly. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an architectural inspector or similar role required.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively report findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering blueprints.
  • Ability to work on-site in various environments and adapt to challenges.
