Responsibilities

• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other specialists to realize project goals.

• Lead design presentations and meetings to communicate design intent and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to integrate new technologies and materials.
• Perform site visits to ensure construction adheres to design plans and specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers within the team.
• Utilize design software to create and refine digital blueprints and renderings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field required.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in both architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design experience and creativity in diverse projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and interior finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Licensure as a professional architect or interior designer is highly desirable.
