Responsibilities

• Develop clear design briefs in consultation with clients and stakeholder teams.
• Create environmental and sustainable design concepts that meet project specifications.
• Produce detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models using CAD software.
• Ensure compliance with necessary legal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle.
• Oversee project construction stages to ensure adherence to original design plans.
• Provide expert evaluations on spatial design, material selection, and cost estimations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure accurate integration of structures with environments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for project progress and deliverables.
• Advise on and implement renovation and modification of existing structures.
• Research new trends in architecture to incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure or registration preferred and necessary for some projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Minimum of five years experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
