Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and address design-related inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Produce detailed blueprints, drawings, and specifications for construction purposes.
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients using appropriate visual aids.
• Oversee construction processes to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Address design changes and modifications during the construction phase promptly.
• Implement sustainable design principles to promote environmental responsibility.
• Analyze building specifications, codes, and site conditions effectively.
• Research and select appropriate materials for design integrity and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to revise plans and secure project approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Professional architecture license and membership in relevant professional bodies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in architectural design and planning.
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
