Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs in line with client requirements and budgets.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.

• Provide clear and detailed design documentation for construction activities.
• Manage the integration of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices into projects.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and cost estimates for potential projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
