Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and provide appropriate design solutions.
• Ensure all design work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical systems into the design.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure efficient project delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
• Utilize advanced software tools for design modeling and project visualization.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Research and apply sustainable practices to enhance environmental impact of designs.
• Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and feedback on design projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional architectural license or certification recognized by relevant authorities.
• Minimum of five years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proven creativity in design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse project experiences.
• Experience in sustainable design practices and materials is highly desirable.
