Job Description

The role of an Admin Officer is pivotal in ensuring the effective operation and coordination of an organization's activities. Responsibilities

  • Manage office communications and ensure messages are relayed efficiently and promptly.

  • Ensure office supplies are managed, ordered, and restocked as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects and organizational activities.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication by managing and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative officer or in a similar role required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for the position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite, is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for success.
