Job Description

The role of an Account Executive is vital in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring sustained business growth. As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their needs, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and expanding their business portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present detailed business proposals to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead and identify opportunities.
  • Regularly report on account status, including forecasts and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to reach prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Provide feedback to management on client requirements, market trends, and challenges faced.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts swiftly to maintain client confidence.
  • Participate in networking events to continuously expand the client's portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while keeping to tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting processes in a business context.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient task management.
