Kasrawy Group is a leading automotive company based in 6th of October City, Egypt. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Senior Operation Engineer to join our team and help us achieve our goals of delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

As a Senior Operation Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive department. You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit service centers to monitor, evaluate and ensure the operations working properly

Review and analysis of customer satisfaction index in order to enhance weak points affecting our customers.

• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Participate and initiate KAIZEN activities that are geared toward improvement of service Centers overall performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
  
  
  

Experience with CRM / AS400 is a plus

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good in English, both written and verbal
