We are looking for a confident and experienced appointment setter to handle high volumes of inbound solar enquiries from Australian homeowners.
Your role is to contact new leads quickly, qualify them properly, and book structured appointments into our calendar with clear, accurate notes.
This is a performance-based role. You are not here to “just call” — you are here to think, control conversations, and produce high-quality booked appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Call new inbound leads within minutes of enquiry
- Qualify homeowners (ownership, system, intent, usage, timeline)
- Ask the right questions naturally (not robotic)
- Book appointments into our calendar with complete notes
- Maintain high contact and booking rates
Requirements:
- Strong spoken English with a neutral accent
- Proven experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales
- Confident on the phone and able to lead conversations
- Fast typing and ability to summarise calls clearly
- Reliable internet and ability to work Australian hours
Performance Expectations:
- Fast response time (within minutes of new leads)
- Strong contact rate (30–50%)
- High-quality appointments (not just bookings)
- Clear and structured lead summaries
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who can perform immediately and grow with the business.
