Key Objectives

  • Analyze and interpret healthcare data to support operational and clinical decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver solutions that drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform statistical analyses and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Create visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support data governance and compliance efforts by adhering to privacy and security standards.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of data analytics processes and tools.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7) is preferred.
