Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for key clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on client feedback and market conditions to management.
  • Mentor and support junior account executives in professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Ensure all client-related documentation and records are maintained and up to date.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales or account management roles required.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.
