As a Renovation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing teams of workers, communicating with clients, and ensuring that all work adheres to architectural plans, safety standards, and regulations. Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all phases of renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee the work of contractors and direct construction staff on site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met promptly.
• Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and report any financial deviations.
• Maintain open communication with clients to keep them informed of project progress.
• Identify and solve problems that arise during the renovation process.
• Ensure workplace safety practices and initiate safety training for work crews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervision of construction or renovation projects.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
• Thorough understanding of construction procedures, material procurement, and project scheduling.
