As a Real Estate Agent, you will be at the forefront of the property sector, serving as a crucial link between buyers, sellers, and investors.   • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Participate in regular training to maintain an understanding of market trends.
  • Collaborate with other brokers and agents to expand market reach and listings.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid real estate agent or broker license in your state.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or successful sales history.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of real estate local market and industry regulations is required.
  • Familiarity with digital listing services and customer relationship tools.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional ethics is necessary.
  • Capable of working independently, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
