Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to guide operations teams.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement effective operational strategies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple departments.
