Site Supervisor - Construction

The Site Supervisor - Construction is responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as monitoring progress and quality of work. The Site Supervisor is the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that may arise. Key duties include conducting safety inspections, maintaining accurate records of construction activities, and enforcing compliance with building codes and regulations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee construction activities on site to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with the project schedule and budget.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any technical issues and ensure project goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and provide regular updates on site progress, challenges, and any changes to the project scope.
• Enforce site rules and regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment for all personnel involved in the construction project.
• Ensure that the construction site is clean, organized, and safe at all times, including proper storage and handling of materials and waste disposal.
