: Position Title : Manager– Cloud Solutions and Integration

Job Summary/Purpose

Manager – Cloud Solutions and Integration, will be responsible for managing IT cloud infrastructure, solutions, and interfaces of enterprise IT including the cloud platforms (Microsoft, SAP cloud platforms including S/4HANA, AWS).

Manager – Cloud Solutions and Integration will plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the Julphar IT cloud infrastructure and operations to ensure availability, reliability, and accessibility. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly cloud network infrastructure, server infrastructure, applications, data communications and telecommunications systems.

He will be responsible for managing IT Cloud Operations including implementing IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure timely implementations and resolutions in alignment with Julphar business needs.

He will provide guidance to determine future IT cloud needs, enterprise initiatives, budgets, forecasts, licensing, and asset rotation to ensure profitability y and alignment with Julphar goals and Objectives.

The position oversees all cloud infrastructure solutions, integrations, security and cloud enterprise Gxp/GMP backup and restoration, GxP Platform validations and dealing with audits related to the cloud platforms and security.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage all existing cloud solutions with high compliance, availability, and security.
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions to meet the companys IT infrastructure requirements, including compute, storage, network, and security.
• Provide technical leadership in defining and implementing cloud architecture and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams for the cloud-based solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations to the IT leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including HIPAA and FDA regulations.
• Manage cloud-based services and resources, including monitoring, scaling, and optimizing performance and costs.
• Track the benefits of cloud migrations and report them regularly to senior leadership and provide inputs, assist in design, development and implement cloud systems.
• Plan & facilitate all required IT security reviews of the applications identified for cloud migration.
• Design, develop, review, refine and continuously monitor Key Cloud service delivery Models and IT standards to ensure quality SLA based on service from the key cloud service providers.
• Monitor high compliance with the standard IT service delivery framework, policies, and procedures to ensure full compliance across all vendors and respective julphar users.
• Identify and make recommendations for cost saving opportunities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure.
• Cloud services are developed in line with the julphar cloud services strategy.
• Contracts required to provide cloud service are properly procured and managed.
• Services include relevant training for customers to ensure benefit and usage for cloud services.
• Cloud services comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
• In terms of competency, you are highly result oriented with strong sense of accountability & ownership.
• Having an Analytical mind with ability to think diversely and understand the big picture of the Organization and its core strategies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills required.

Essential

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Overall 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, networking, and security.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices, including experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud-based security, compliance, and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus.
• Knowledge of key technology, such as SAP S/4 HANA, VMWare, Azure, AWS and Docker.
• Understanding of networking technologies and emerging trends in networking
• Knowledge on cloud infrastructure GXP platforms and periodic review and assessment
