We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Van Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Van Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring the efficient distribution of our products directly to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our van sales delivery service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and optimizing sales performance. You will be working closely alongside our sales team, ensuring that our products reach our customers in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

• Assist the van sales team in everyday delivery and sales operations activities.
• Load and unload products from the van, ensuring inventory accuracy and product safety.
• Deliver products to customers following scheduled routes and timelines.
• Interact with customers to provide excellent service and address any concerns.
• Work closely with the sales manager to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Ensure that all sales documentation and payment collections are handled accurately.
• Monitor product stock levels in the van and report back to the inventory manager.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the company van.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the team for quality improvement measures.
• Assist in promotional and marketing activities to increase sales volume.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered to better assist customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local traffic regulations at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar local delivery context.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic computing software.
