Job Description

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational goals.
Lead the recruitment process for senior-level positions and ensure alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing requirements and create workforce plans.
Oversee the employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the respective industries.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies during the hiring process.
Drive diversity and inclusion strategies within recruitment practices.
Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UAE National TA Senior Manager should have the following qualities:

UAE National
Proven expertise in talent acquisition/recruitment within reputable organisations.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and workforce planning
Comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
