Test lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Telecom Testing Expert with proven expertise in telecom testing, systems validation, and quality assurance within the telecommunications industry.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality telecom solutions by leading testing initiatives and working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Extensive experience in telecom testing, including functional, performance, and compliance testing for both network and BSS/OSS systems.
• Strong understanding of telecom domain products [Digital, Order management, Order fulfilment, Provisioning, Activation, Rating, Mediations, Billing and Service assurance].
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar platforms, specifically tailored for BSS/OSS validation.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom standards and regulations applicable to BSS/OSS systems.
• Responsibilities include designing and executing test plans, managing test cycles, and identifying defects using industry-standard tools.
• The role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of test results. Candidates must have expertise in functional testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in Agile/Scrum environments are essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex telecom issues, particularly within BSS/OSS subsystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear and concise documentation, including guidelines for BSS/OSS testing.
