Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our offerings.

  • Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address concerns to encourage sales conversion.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Participate in regular sales training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting sales interactions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
