Job Description

As a Store Supervisor, you will lead and oversee a dynamic retail team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and ordering.
  • Facilitate staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail industry standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the visual merchandising is attractive.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Prepare detailed sales and inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure safety and security practices are followed to protect assets and personnel.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and customers.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail to manage store operations.
  • Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using retail software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in business administration is a plus.
