Job Summary

TÜV Rheinland is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Consultant to lead stakeholder engagement and project coordination activities for a high-impact Quality transformation project in Dubai.

The consultant will act as a critical liaison between TÜV Rheinland’s consulting team and various internal and external Arabic-speaking stakeholders across multiple hierarchical levels —from senior leadership to mid-level managers from client during the project.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills in Arabic (and proficient in English), have a strong understanding of public sector project experience and possess proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and documentation in Arabic.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Engagement & Liaison:Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders.Manage communications and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including top and mid-level management.Ensure stakeholder requirements are effectively gathered, communicated, and addressed in the project.

Project Management:Oversee the day-to-day management of the Quality transformation project, ensuring alignment with client’s goals and project delivery timelines.Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and follow-ups across departments.Track progress, risks, and actions while ensuring timely escalation and reporting.

Documentation & Reporting:Prepare high-quality Arabic documents, including:Project status reportsMeeting minutesExecutive summariesPresentations for stakeholder briefingsTranslate or interpret content between Arabic and English.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with all the team members to align on deliverables as per client expectations.Collect and consolidate inputs from various departments and stakeholders.Ensure a timely and accurate flow of information between all parties involved.

Presentation & Facilitation:Facilitate workshops and meetings.Present project updates and deliverables to client leadership.

Experience & Further Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in stakeholder management, public sector consulting, or project management, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven experience in managing or supporting Quality transformation projects in government or large-scale organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills in Arabic.
  • Familiarity with advanced tools and frameworks of quality management, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, Quality 4.0 concepts is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working with transportation or government sector clients.
  • Understanding of UAE governmental protocols, communication styles, and reporting frameworks.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
  • Quality Management subject domain – specially from Corporate Risk and Business Assurance domain.
