We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in Arabic-speaking clients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans catered to client needs and goals.
• Provide guidance and support to clients’ families in understanding treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document therapy progress and maintain detailed records on each client's improvement.
• Conduct bilingual therapy sessions effectively in Arabic and English as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in speech therapy practices.
• Design engaging exercises and activities to enhance clients' speech development.
• Evaluate and adjust therapeutic methods based on client feedback and progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for holistic client management.
• Provide education and training on communication strategies to families and caregivers.
• Engage in community outreach to advocate for speech therapy awareness and support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent field of study.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Valid certification and licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations is highly preferred.
• Ability to develop effective, individualized treatment plans for speech disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Empathetic nature with a passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
• Familiarity with the latest assistive technology and therapy tools is desirable.
