Social Media Intern

We are looking for a bilingual Social Media Intern to join our fast-paced agency team. This is a hands-on role for a recent graduate who lives and breathes social media, loves creating content, and is excited to learn. You will support the social media team with content ideas, community engagement, and short-form video editing, while learning how an agency works day to day.

What you will be doing

• Help brainstorm and pitch content ideas across client accounts
• Draft captions and posts in both Arabic and English
• Edit short-form video (Reels and TikToks) using CapCut
• Support community management: replying to comments and messages, and spotting trends early
• Help keep content calendars and posting schedules on track
• Learn how an agency runs day to day, from brief to published post

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, or a real willingness to learn it
• Creative mindset and eagerness to contribute ideas during brainstorms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Nice to Have

• Personal or university social media projects, or any content you have made
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other trending platforms.

Details

• Duration: a 3 month internship
• Pay: AED 1,500 per month, to help cover basic expenses
• Hybrid setup: work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and join us at the Dubai office the rest of the week
