The Senior Specialist – Faculty Operations is responsible for executing and coordinating key operational processes across the faculty lifecycle, including workload planning, faculty transfers, adjunct and visiting faculty appointments, academic qualification documentation, and credential equivalency. The role ensures institutional policies, accreditation requirements, and operational deadlines are met through accurate data management, efficient workflows, and effective collaboration with academic and administrative stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in maintaining faculty readiness, compliance, and operational excellence across the institution.
Main Responsibilities :
Support the implementation of institution-wide standards and frameworks for faculty workload, movement, and appointment processe
s.Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational policies and procedures related to faculty lifecycle activitie
s.Provide data-driven insights and reporting to academic leadership for strategic planning and resource allocatio
n.Ensure faculty operational processes align with accreditation requirements, regulatory guidelines, and institutional performance indicator
s.Collaborate with faculty affairs leadership to enhance system efficiency, consistency, and compliance across all operational workflow
s.Coordinate and verify faculty workload allocations across divisions and ensure alignment with approved teaching norms and academic schedule
s.Manage the end-to-end processing of faculty transfers and secondments, including documentation, tracking, and interdepartmental coordinatio
n.Administer onboarding and assignment processes for adjunct and visiting faculty, ensuring timely completion of all documentation and system entrie
s.Maintain an up-to-date repository of academic qualifications, credential equivalency, and ranking records for all faculty member
s.Liaise with HR and academic units to support timely and compliant faculty appointments, renewals, and contract change
s.Generate operational reports and data summaries for audits, compliance reviews, and internal decision-makin
g.Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of faculty records maintained in institutional system
s. Qualificati
ons Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field (requi
red)Master’s degree in Education Management, Business, or related field (prefer
