Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting our beverage application laboratory and contributing to the development of finished applications. You will take ownership of customer projects, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with timelines, safety standards, and business objectives.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop a strong understanding of ADM Nutrition’s product and service portfolio
- Be responsible for the creation, production, and adaptation of taste samples, including modifications of ADM products based on customer requirements and releasing samples for customer evaluation
- Work confidently with fine chemicals while maintaining precise, disciplined, and safe working practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally across EMEA, including with our development headquarters in Germany, other application laboratories, and commercial teams
- Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously while ensuring efficient project execution and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage product development and applications
- Proven success working within a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of product processing and ingredient interactions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good IT skills with experience using tools such as SAP and Salesforce
- Passion for developing innovative solutions and staying ahead of beverage market trends
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
