Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience in the retail industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
